Session Information and Pricing
Sessions are available in either English or Maths for both Key Stage 1 & 2 children. Carefully planned and structured sessions will last 45 minutes, although timings can be adapted to suit an individual child's needs. Session costs include materials and planning time. Before sessions commence, an initial 30 minute consultation with parents will be offered with no charge. This will give parents/carers a chance to look at the learning environment, meet me and discuss their child's learning needs.
Together we can check that Aspire Tutoring IOM is right for your child, discuss session frequency and times and I can also answer any outstanding questions that you may have.
Term Time Sessions
These take place in term times subject to availability. Each session is 45 minutes long, focusing on either English or Maths. Sessions are priced ​at £50 for the initial session plus feedback and £40 per session thereafter. Sessions are booked and paid for in advance in half termly blocks.

School Holiday Sessions
These take place in the morning and early afternoons during school holidays. Frequency of sessions depends on the individual child's needs. Each session is 45 minutes long, focusing on either English or Maths. Sessions are priced ​at £50 for the initial session plus feedback and £40 per session thereafter.
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

The Small Print
Tutor Availability
There will be times when I will be off island or on holiday. These will be notified to parents in advance and planned for when issuing block dates. Cancellations of sessions due to illness or emergency travel will be notified as soon as possible and the fee held in lieu of a rearranged session.

Pupil Availability
Please notify me of any cancellations as soon as possible so that sessions can be offered to other children. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session will be charged unless the lesson can be filled by another student. Children should not attend tutoring sessions if they are unwell, within 5 days of being Covid positive, in a household with Covid or within 48 hours of a sickness or vomiting bug. Children on term time bookings will be given priority for the next block of lessons, on the same day and time. Please inform me at least a week before the end of one block if you do not want to keep a place for the next term time lesson block.
